Olivia von Halle

Halle is founded in 2011 by British designer Olivia von Halle, who studied Fashion and Textile Management at Leeds University before working as a trend forecaster in London and Shanghai for clients including Louis Vuitton and the Gucci Group. It was while living in Shanghai that she began working with her tailor to create the perfect pair of printed silk pajamas, inspired by the lounging pajamas worn by Coco Chanel and her contemporaries in the 1920s. This designer clothing brand launched at London Fashion Week with a single silk pajama called the Lila, and gained its first wave of fame when David Beckham purchased two sets for Victoria from Harrods in 2012, sending phones ringing. Today the brand is stocked in over 120 stores across 26 countries and has been worn by Rihanna, Oprah Winfrey, Selena Gomez, Gigi and Bella Hadid, and Angelina Jolie.
